Questions? We've got answers
Will it fit my horse?
Yes — every strap adjusts to fit ponies right up to full-size horses. The tail strands are 100 cm long and can be braided or tied in.
Is it safe for my horse?
The LEDs are low-power and stay cool, with no exposed wiring. Everything sits on soft nylon webbing.
Is it comfortable to wear?
The full horse set weighs around 670 g, spread across soft straps, so most horses don't notice it.
Will the lights spook my horse?
Most horses settle in quickly. We suggest trying it in the stable on steady mode first, then moving to flashing modes once your horse is relaxed.
How long do the batteries last?
Roughly 70 hours per CR2032 coin cell. They're standard and easy to replace.
What light modes are there?
Three: steady glow, slow flash and fast flash — switch with one button.
Can I ride in the rain?
The lights aren't waterproof, so they're best for dry rides. If they get damp, wipe them down and let them dry before the next use.
How long does it take to put on?
About two minutes for the full kit once you've adjusted the straps the first time.
Does this replace safe riding practices?
No. Our lights are a visibility aid and don't replace safe riding habits or proper safety equipment. The rider vest is for visibility only and isn't protective gear.
How do I clean them?
Take out the batteries, then wipe the straps with a damp cloth. Don't submerge or machine-wash.
Which colours are available?
Horse gear comes in Blue, Green, Red and Pink. Rider hats come in 7 colours and vests in 4.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free worldwide. Orders arrive in about 5–8 days, and you'll get a tracking link by email.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days to return your order free of charge if it's not right for you.
How do I reach you?
